Escape The Fate é uma banda americana de pós-hardcore de Las Vegas, Nevada, formada em 2004. O seu primeiro álbum "Dying Is Your Latest Fashion" (morrer é sua moda antiga), foi lançado em 26 de setembro de 2006. O seu segundo álbum,"This War Is Ours" (essa guerra é nossa) foi lançado em 21 de outubro de 2008.
Escape The Fate e My Chemical Romance tem uma história antiga. Em outubro de 2005 a banda foi julgada pelo MCR em uma rádio, e ganhou a oportunidade de abrir os shows da sua turnê junto com Alkaline Trio e Reggie and the Full Effect.
